Store Policy

Placing an Order

  • Most orders are processed in 2 business days; additional processing time may occur for larger orders and freight orders.
  • Order cut-off time is 12PM CST.
  • We do not offer rush processing.
  • We can only ship to the address provided at the time of the order. We do not accept address changes.
  • Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.


  • If an item happens to be out of stock after you have placed the order, we will contact you by email and phone.
  • If we do not hear from you within 2 business days, the backordered portion of your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Order & Shipment Confirmation

  • Within 24 hours after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate your order confirmation, please contact us and we will provide you with your order number.
  • Once a shipping label is generated, you will receive an email notification. You may receive multiple emails for larger orders.

Shipping Options

  • ships to all 50 states and US territories. Restrictions may apply for certain items. We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • Customer is responsible for review shipping and delivery methods upon checkout.  Shipping cost will always be made visible to customer before checkout options are complete. 
  • Order cancelations will be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee deducted from the total refund.
  • Customer will be responsible for cost of reshipment in the event that the package is marked “Return to Sender,” or “Refused Delivery.”
  • In-store Pickup: For your protection, only the cardholder of the credit card may pick up in store.
    • Orders may not be picked up before this notification is sent.
    • We will notify you via email or listed phone number when your order is ready for pick up.
    • In-store Pickup orders will automatically be cancelled after 30 days if it has not been picked up.  
    • Uncollected orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  
  • Ground Shipping: Please be advised that orders shipped via FedEx Ground would take 2~5 business days to arrive.
    • We do our best to ship discreetly. Discreet shipping may not be available for oversized items (i.e. 4’x8’ trays)
    • If additional shipping and handling charges occur, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and refund the total or remaining purchase.
  • Freight orders: We reserve the right to choose a freight company that is best suited for the type of shipment. 
  • Freight shipments to a residential address and/or deliveries that require liftgate service may require an additional fee.

Receiving Your Order

  • Upon package arrival, please inspect all parcels immediately.
  • Please report any damages or missing items to the courier and GGHYDRO.COM immediately.
  • We will not accept lost package(s), damage(s) claims after 7 days of delivery confirmation.
  • Will-Call: If your order is not picked up within 5 business days of the Ready to Pickup notification, the order may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Prices and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We are unable to issue price adjustments due to manufacturer price changes after the date of original sale. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur and we reserve the right to make changes without notice and to cancel any order we are unable to fill where availability is constrained and an order is processed in error. Our customer service can inform you when a product is not in stock, and can tell you when we expect the product will be available.
Anticipated delivery dates are based upon vendor supplied information and are subject to correction or change.

Systems, Typographic, Photographic, and Other Technical Errors

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on the site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We may experience lags in uploading updates throughout the site and in our advertising on other sites.

We don’t guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information on GGHYDRO.COM, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. GGHYDRO.COM reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Returns & Replacements

GGHYRO.COM promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door, in the shortest amount of time possible. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise. An item must meet the following criteria for a return:

  • All returned merchandise must be unopened & sellable condition
  • The product must be free from scratches and/or defects
  • The product must not have been installed or used in any way
  • You must have the original packaging for the item
  • There are no returns on special order items, unless defective
  • Evidence of damage and missing parts, such as photos and/or courier messages, must be submitted upon request

Items that are ineligible for return:

  • All nutrients, additives, & pest management, both liquid and powder
  • All Scientific Probes.
  • All Lamps & Bulbs.
  • Returns and exchanges requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your product(s)
  • Once the request is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days of the notice.
  • Merchandise must not have been damaged in freight transit
  • Items flagged as special-order or SPO on our site will not be accepted for returns. If the item(s) is defective upon delivery, we will send out a replacement as long as it’s available or we will issue a credit in full to the account used at the time of the original purchase.
  • Your refund or replacement will be issued promptly once the returned item(s) are received and processed in our warehouse.


We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We will do our best to process the return quickly. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has physically shipped, partially or complete, it is considered fulfilled and will require a return subject to shipping and restocking fees, if applicable. Please contact via email or by phone as soon as possible. Your order is not considered canceled until you have been notified verbally, or by email, that we were successful in canceling the shipment from leaving our warehouse. All canceled orders are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee deducted from the refund. Special Order items are not eligible for cancelation.  

Manufacturer Warranty

GGHYDRO.COM is an authorized reseller for every product that is available on our website and over the phone. All products we sell are brand new and come with manufacturer’s warranties when available. If you have a warranty inquiry on any item purchased from GGHYDRO.COM, we can assist in getting you more information as well as reaching the manufacturer directly.
